{Report} 陰ヨガxのぶク Yin Yoga x Nobu's Cooking

こんにちは!
デリー校の月曜クラスを担当しているMariです。
今日は12月6日グルガオン校で開催された【陰ヨガ✖︎のぶク】のワークショップ

に参加してきましたので、レポートでご紹介させていただきます。

 

I am Mari teaching on Mondays at Namah Shivaya Delhi! 

Through this workshop of Yin Yoga, I could understand that Yin Yoga is not only posing long time but has a lot of benefits for mental training. During the class, Nao said “just observing yourself “ repeatedly. This sentence stands for the key point of Yin Yoga. There are no need to judge and criticize.  Just observing how you feel,where this pain comes from and how your body and your feeling are changing  by keeping the posture. That is why Keeping one posture long time.

It’s also very important for me to wait and see from a distance in daily life.

I am sure this attitude brings in more happiness in my life !!

 

座学でのポイントは以下の3つです。

 

 

1.そもそも陰と陽とは何か。

2.自然界や食生活における陰と陽の考え方。

3.ヨガにおける陰、陰ヨガとは。
