Through this workshop of Yin Yoga, I could understand that Yin Yoga is not only posing long time but has a lot of benefits for mental training. During the class, Nao said “just observing yourself “ repeatedly. This sentence stands for the key point of Yin Yoga. There are no need to judge and criticize. Just observing how you feel,where this pain comes from and how your body and your feeling are changing by keeping the posture. That is why Keeping one posture long time.
It’s also very important for me to wait and see from a distance in daily life.
I am sure this attitude brings in more happiness in my life !!
