It has been very auspicious that our program dates happened to be the same dates as Indian festivals. Today is also one of those days.

今日もその日の一つ。
Weekend Teacher Training has been started and today was the 3rd day, we did Devi pooja for closing Navaratri Celebration.
女神を讃えるナヴァラトリが終わる日ということで、
グルガオンセンターでプージャをしました。
週末のティーチャートレーニングの３日目です。
Everything in this universe has energy. The energy is called Shakti.
It is the power to manifest, move, and form everything.
この世のあらゆるものにはエネルギーがあります。
そのエネルギーとは「シャクティ」と呼ばれ、
あらゆるものを形作り、実現させ、動かす力です。
Goddess is the Shakti.
In Navaratri, we praise the nine aspects of Durga. She is the strong goddess who destroys the negative thinking, and guide us to positivity.
女神はエネルギーであるシャクティを象徴化したものです。
ナヴァラトリでは、ドゥルガという女神の九つの側面を讃えます。
ドゥルガは、ネガティブな思考を破壊し、ポジティブなエネルギーを与えてくれる力強い女神です。
People who visit here in this center says the energy here is wonderful.
That is thanks to the energy of all of the yogis and yoginis who practice here.
Everyone sincerely practice, chant mantras and send out good vibration and resonate it.
このセンターの空間が好き、と言ってくださる方々がいます。
それもここに来てくださる方たちの、ポジティブなエネルギーのおかげです。
真摯に個々のプラクティスに向き合い、マントラを唱えて、良い波動をみんなで共鳴し合っています。
