한국인 친구들을 위해서 이번에 신규 강좌를 개설하였습니다.

Namah Shivaya Yoga에서 수료하신 한국인 Sunny선생님께서 여러분들을 내면의 요가 여행으로 인도해 드립니다. (한국어로 진행)

Namah Shivaya는 Yoga Alliance에 등록된 국제 요가 명상 스쿨입니다. 2008년 Dr. Tejvinder Singh Monga (Bharat Ratna, Dr. Abdul Kalam Gold Medalist, Bharat Udyog Ratan Gold Medal)에 의해 설립되었으며 뉴델리(인도), 댈러스(미국), 멕시코, 도쿄(일본)에 지부를 두고 있습니다.

1200명이 넘는 학생들이 이 학교를 졸업하였으며, 그들이 요가의 가르침을 전 세계에 전파하고 있습니다.

Will start new class for Korean friends.

Korean teacher Sunny who is authorized from Namah Shivaya Yoga is going to guide you for the spiritual journey in Korean Language!!

Namah Shivaya is an international yoga and meditation school registered with the Yoga Alliance. It was founded in 2008 by Dr. Tejvinder Singh Monga (Bharat Ratna, Dr. Abdul Kalam Gold Medalist, and Bharat Udyog Ratan Gold Medal) and has branches in New Delhi (India), Dallas (USA), Mexico, and Tokyo (Japan).

With over 1200 students having graduated from the school, they are spreading the teachings of yoga across the world!

*It is a complete practice of Hata to move the whole body with natural and dynamic sequence. This class offers cardio and strength training.You will improve alignment and flexibility ,

yet get the balance that yoga brings your practice.
