We would like to announce for Yoga Nidra and Mini Xmas Party on 22nd!

今回はクリスマスのスペシャルイベントとして
ヨーガニードラのワークショップのご案内をします。
It's day of the celebration for Jesus Christ,
But also, it's one of the highest vibration day among the year.
クリスマスはもちろんイエス・キリストの生誕を祝う日ですが、
1年の中でもとても神聖なエネルギーの波動が高い日とも言われています。
In such there is high energy day,
Making wishness helps us to be able to spend another year as wonderfully.
こういったエネルギーの波動が高い日に
＊ヨーガニードラを行うことによって来年を気持ちよく迎える手助けとなります。

＊What is Yoga Nidra?
＊ヨーガニードラとは？
It called as "Sleeping yoga", and one of the meditation method that creates a deep relaxation and stable mind.
『眠りのヨガ』とも呼ばれ、
深く安らいだ精神状態をつくるひとつの瞑想法です。
We do only Savasana and listen to the guidance.
It works our mind and brain to release tension and bring deep healing.
When the mind is relaxed, the Sankalpa can be written on the subconscious
Sankalpa means "to denote an affirming resolve to do something or achieve something spiritual"
シャヴァーサナという仰向けになった状態で、ただ受動的に誘導の声に耳を傾けていきます。また心や脳の奥深い部分にまで働きかけ、緊張を解き、深い癒しをもたらすとともに、
ありのままの自分と向き合いながら、サンカルパ（潜在意識に働きかけるお願いごと）を心の奥深くに刻んでいきます。
